Stress

Stress is a normal experience of life. A small amount of stress is good and enables us to perform, grow and develop. Excessive or persistent stress, however, can have a negative impact on our overall health and wellbeing. 

 

Stress can come from a variety of places - both work-related and non-work related. 

Work-related stress can be categorised according to the HSA management standards
