Brew Monday Garda Headquarters

We are excited to invite you to our Brew Monday event at Garda Headquarters!

Brew Monday is a special initiative in support of Samaritans, encouraging people to connect over a cuppa and catch up by saying goodbye to the blue and in with the brew! It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, share conversations, and show our support for those in need.

Some of our local Mental Health First Aid facilitators will be present, offering a great chance for anyone interested in learning more about the MHFA programme. If you’ve already attended the programme, we encourage you to come along and catch up with fellow participants.
